Refund Policy

Purchases of published materials are non-refundable.

Conference cancellations must be received 7 business days prior to the start of the event for a full refund.

Any cancellations received 2-6 business days prior to the start of the event will be accessed a $50.00 cancellation fee.

No refunds are applicable to those who cancel on the day of or the day before the event.

Substitution with another attendee or to attend a future event is permitted.
All refunds are issued within 5 business days.
